Terms & Conditions - TK's Detailing LLC

• Personal Belongings: Customers must remove all personal belongings, money, and valuables from their vehicle before detailing. TK's Detailing LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle being serviced or its contents.
• Service Location: Ensure the vehicle is serviced in a lawful and safe area. If there are concerns, communicate them with us.
• Customer Risk: Vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must withstand standard cleaning processes.
• Booking Times: Detailing times are estimates and may vary depending on the vehicle's condition. We cannot guarantee specific times.
• Rescheduling: Regular bookings may occasionally require changes. We will notify customers in advance of any adjustments.
• Weather & Equipment: We reserve the right to modify or reschedule bookings due to weather or equipment issues.
• Service Requests: All orders require address, package, and vehicle condition verification. Service requests may be canceled at our sole discretion.
• Right to Refuse Service: TK's Detailing LLC reserves the right to deny service or customer demands beyond the booked detailing package.
• Behavior Policy: Verbal or physical abuse toward staff will not be tolerated and will result in appropriate actions.
• Payment: Payment is required upfront at the service location.

Our pricing is based on the type of detailing, vehicle type, location, and condition of the vehicle, and is advertised as starting prices.

TK's Detailing LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing based on the vehicle's condition, type, and service location.

If there is clear evidence that the service was not completed as requested or that the quality was unsatisfactory, we will, at our cost, refund or redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service.

• Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally without authorization from TK's Detailing LLC will void our service guarantee. No refunds, redos, or reimbursements will be made for unauthorized work.
• Failure to disclose issues such as heavy stains, foul odors, biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, or other hazardous materials at the time of booking will void our service guarantee. No refunds or additional work will be performed outside the original package or estimate.
• Some issues may require additional services beyond those ordered. Refusing recommended services may invalidate the service guarantee.
• Only services included in your order or authorized by TK's Detailing LLC are covered under our service guarantee. Unauthorized services are at the customer’s own risk.
• Payment is due before the completion of your service.
